    If you are looking for a magical place in nature to celebrate the end of the year consciously and welcome the new one surrounded by community, celebration and inner growth then welcome home Nomadic Soul, Alma Nomada Fest is for you.

     

    Is there an age limit?

     

    No, all ages are welcome at Alma Nomada Fest, our program is diverse and  supports growth for all age groups!

     

    Is Alma Nomada Fest family-friendly?

     

    Yes absolutely, Alma Nomada Fest is family-friendly. We offer a conscious program for children and reduced ticket prices for children.

     

    Do you offer support for people with disabilities?

     

    We offer support for people with disabilities to help create an enjoyable experience at Alma Nomada Fest. Please contact us at info@almanomadafest.com so we can assist you with your specific needs.

     

    When can I arrive to set up my camping spot?

     

    The camping area will open for you on the 30th Dec. from 7:30am

     

    When do the gates open and close?

     

    30th Dec. from 7:30am - 2nd Jan. 7:30pm

     

    Each night we close the entrance gate at 8pm and reopen the next morning at 7:30am, at night it will not be possible to re-enter the festival grounds.

     

    When is the Opening Ceremony?

     

    30th Dec. at 11am

     

    How do I get my wristband?

     

    Coordinators will check you in at the entrance, where you will receive your wristband.

    How much are the tickets and how can I buy them?

    How much are tickets for kids and until what age can my child enter for free?

     

    Children are free until the age of 12, for teens between 12 and 17 years old we offer a reduced ticket price of $150.

     

    What's included in the General Admission ticket price?

     

    Admission to the 4 day/ 3 night program, workshops, sessions, concerts, circles and entertainment program

     

    Parking spot

    Tent camping spot

    2 shower coupons

    Drinking water at the refill station

     

    Will there be day passes?

     

    No, but you can leave and re-enter our festival with your wristband. Just make sure not to take it off.

     

    Can I buy a ticket as a gift for someone else?

     

    Yes, our tickets come with a QR code and can be bought for another person.

     

    What can I do with my ticket if I can't make it to the festival?

     

    We have a no refund policy but you can forward your ticket to another person. Contact us at info@almanomadafest.com and we will assist you with further questions.

     

    What if I lose my wristband?

     

    Wristbands cannot be replaced. Ensure that you keep your wristband secure at all times.

     

    Can I leave and re-enter during the festival?

     

    Yes, you can. Just make sure to keep the wristband on. If you lose it or damage it, you will not be able to re-enter the festival grounds.

    Where can I park my car and how much does it cost?

     

    You can park your car on the fenced-in festival grounds, within walking distance to the camping and entertainment areas. One parking spot is included in the General Admission fee.

     

    What are the sleeping options?

     

    Tent camping, bring your tent and camping gear! This is included in the ticket price

     

    Carside Camping Upgrade. Bring your car in, you can camp next to it or sleep in it. Upgrade value: $75. Vehicles up to 20’

     

    RV/ Campervan Upgrade. Bring in your RV, Campervan or other sleeping vehicles. Upgrade value: $150. Vehicles 20’ and up.   

     

    Will I be allowed to sleep in the parking zone?


    No. There will be strictly NO sleeping in the parking area.

     

    Can I rent a tent?

     

    No, we have no tent rental available.

     

    Is there electricity for caravans and campervans?

     

    No, there are no plug-ins. Bring solar panels and you can charge your electric devices in the designated charging area.


  • FOOD & DRINKS

    What food and drink options will be available?

     

    Vegetarian and vegan food vendors will be selling their delicious national and international food, drinks, coffee, tea, smoothies and more. The majority of the vegetables used will be from the ranchos organic garden!

     

    Can I bring my own food and drinks and have a bbq?

     

    Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks, but remember, this is an alcohol free event, bringing alcohol is not permitted. Campfires and bbq grills are not allowed. You can bring a small camping gas stove for cooking.

     

    Will drinking water be provided?

     

    Yes, bring your refillable bottle, there will be a water refill station.

     

    Will there be alcohol?

     

    No, Alma Nomada Fest is an alcohol free event, there will be many other great drink options available.

     

    Can I bring my pets?

     

    Do not bring your pets and animals, we have a no pet policy. If you bring a service animal, please register it at info@almanomadafest.com


  • FACILITIES

    Is there internet or cell phone coverage?

     

    There is no open Wi-Fi, and cell phone coverage might be spotty. In case of an emergency, please ask the event staff for support.

     

    How can I connect with people if my phone doesn’t work?

     

    There will be info stands and event staff and volunteers available to assist you.

     

    Where can I charge my devices?

     

    We have a  designated charging area (any items left are at your own risk).

     

    Can I bring a generator?

     

    No, please bring no generators, let’s show respect towards our neighbors and keep the noise down.

     

    How can I pay at the vendors market?

     

    Make sure to bring enough cash, preferably mexican pesos with you. Card payments depend on vendors and might not always be possible due to spotty internet coverage. USD and other currencies might be accepted by vendors as courtesy at their exchange rate.

     

    Will there be ATMs nearby?

     

    There are no cash withdrawal machines nearby, bring enough money, preferably mexican pesos with you.

     

    How do I get around between parking, camping, and the celebration areas?

     

    It is an easy, mostly flat walk between the different areas at the event space.

     

    What about showers and restrooms?

     

    Outdoor, cold water showers will be available, please keep in mind that water is scarce in this region, keep your shower time short and bring biodegradable soap, shampoo and toothpaste with you. 2 shower coupons are included in the ticket price, more coupons can be purchased on site.

     

    Portable toilets and handwash stations will be positioned in different areas.

     

    Can I bring speakers to play music?

     

    Please be kind and respectful towards your neighbors, the camping area is a quiet place to sleep, rest, relax and recharge.

    How can I prepare myself best to have a great time?

     

    1. **Book and Pack:** After booking your tickets and transportation, and packing your bag with the help of [link packing list], you are almost ready.

     

    2. **Entry Requirements:** Check the entry and visa requirements for Mexico and make sure you have all the required documents, which might include a passport that is valid for another 6 months, proof of onward travel, a visa and more.

     

    3. **Travel Insurance:** Purchase travel insurance if necessary.

     

    4. **Research:** Familiarize yourself with the festival schedule and location.

     

  • GUIDELINES

    Can I take pictures/videos and use a drone?

     

    Taking photos, and making videos during the festival is allowed for private purposes. Drones are not allowed, only official crews can use them.

     

    What's the policy on nudity?

     

    Please keep your clothes on :)

     

    How environmentally friendly is the festival?

     

    We do our best to minimize our foot print and waste and recyling will be done. Most of the fruit and vegetables will be directly from the organic ranch and no single use items will be used.

     

    Will there be medical assistance or first aid available onsite?

     

    Yes, there will be.


    What's the policy on drugs and substance use?

     

    To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, the use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited


    Are there any rules or guidelines?

     

    • Treat everyone with kindness and respect, take responsibility for your actions
    • Wristband must be worn at all times
    • Respect the rancho and it's nature, do not pick any flowers or vegetables
    • No alcohol
    • No animals allowed
    • No weapons of any kind
    • No fireworks
    • No campfires or bbq grills
    • No unapproved vending
    • No unapproved amplified music
    • No unapproved drones
    • Leave no trace, clean up after yourself, reduce waste and use recycling and composting stations
    • Liability waiver must be signed at entrance
    • Violations may result in removal from the property
