We are honoured by your desire to get involved with Almanomada Fest. Please select from the options below to fill out the relevant form fields. You may apply for all the categories you're interested in at the same time. For instance, you can apply for workshop presenter, volunteer, and vendor simultaneously.

The earlier you apply, the better. Please take your time and be thorough. All fields marked with a red asterisk are required, so if your application does not go through, usually one or more of these fields are missing.

DJ/Live Band - Apply to be a DJ or live band to perform.
Entertainer - Apply to be an entertainer or performer.
Workshop Presenter - Apply to present a workshop at the festival.
Photographer/Videographer - Apply to capture all the special moments at the festival.
Mural/Experience Area - Apply to create an experience area or mural for display at the festival.
Volunteer - Apply to volunteer at the festival.
Vendor - Apply to be an on-site vendor for the duration of the festival. Limited spots and categories are available.
Food Vendor - Apply to be an on-site food vendor.
Sponsor - Apply to be a festival sponsor and associate your mindful brand with a conscious festival. Main Stage, Workshop Tent, Art Installation, and Experience sponsorships available as well.

Communication Methods

I understand that Alma Nomada Fest will be using Discord for all official communication. This includes sending updates about your application and setting an interview time as well as conducting the interviews. I understand that this means I need to have Discord installed on my phone with notifications from Alma Nomada Fest turned on. I also understand that prompt replies are very important in keeping the lines of communication open. This means checking and responding to messages as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after the message was sent.

I also understand that I may receive emails from Alma Nomada Fest from info@almanomadafest.com. If I do not see these emails, I will search my spam and promotions folders for emails from this email address and make sure to mark them as not spam and not promotions so they go to my inbox.
